4F: Sport and passion are in the DNA of our company. They are also one of the most important characteristics ofrunning our business. Our staff are active sports enthusiasts, and thus the most demanding users of our products. For 12 years 4F has supported both professional athletes and amateurs in a wide range of sports such as: jogging, cycling, tennis, training and winter sports. Athletes in 4F clothing competed for medals at the Olympic Games in Vancouver 2010, London 2012 and Sochi 2014.
In 2010 we became an Official Sponsor of the Polish Biathlon Association, Official Sponsor of the Polish Athletics Association in 2013 and Official Sponsor of the Polish Speed Skating Association in 2014. We are proud that three national teams – Poland, Serbia and Latvia – will be wearing 4F at the Summer Olympic Games Rio de Janeiro 2016 and the Winter Olympic Games Pyeongchang 2018.
Do you have new products you’ll be highlighting at the show? Tell us about them.
Bridgedale: In 2016, we are pleased to announce that we will be launching a new Junior Girls version of the
Vertige Race and a Mountain Junior midweight ski sock. Both use the MerinoFusion technology to deliver unparalleled performance for day long comfort and moisture management. In addition, we are excited to add a new color for our customers in the Womens Vertige Light.
4F: We are a new snow sports brand to the American market and SIA Snow Show will be our first official event on US soil, so we would like to present a number of products for the very first time. 4F is a brand that offers high-quality clothing and sports accessories. Its hallmark is a combination of quality products, technology, modern materials and fashionable design, suitable both for training and every day needs. The collection includes sweatshirts made with seamless technology, body warmers, T-shirts and softshell jackets as well as down jackets. 4F products have characteristic vibrant colors, unique designs, interesting fabrics and feature a glamorous finish, adding a fashion element to our sports style.
What made you decide it was time to exihibit at the SIA Snow Show?
Bridgedale: The SIA Snow Show enables us to show the value of our product to an array of future and repeat customers. It brings together the ski and snowboard community under one roof to build relationships and demonstrate commitment to our customers.
4F: Currently, 4F supplies 27 European markets through wholesale outlets. Within the next five years, we will gradually expand our retail presence across new geographies, including the Czech Republic, Latvia, Serbia, Slovakia and Romania in 2016. We are reviewing the US market as a potential growth area for 4F. In new territories our business starts via a wholesale presence, hence our decision to exhibit at the SIA Snow Show, which gives an opportunity to meet the entire snow sports industry.
What are your goals for the Show and what are you looking forward to?
Bridgedale: We’d like to increase brand awareness and penetration in the Canadian and US markets. Another goal is to meet and listen to our customers to ensure that their satisfaction is high. We’re looking forward to strengthening our existing relationships and meeting building new ones.
4F: This will be our first official visit and we would love to tell our European success story and present our latest Winter Collection. We will also proudly showcase items from our last Olympic collection for 600 Polish Representatives at Sochi 2014. Our founder and CEO, Igor Klaja, will be on hand to give a good feel for the 4F brand philosophy and outline our new business plans.
We are keen to see the reception of the 4F range, but networking opportunities and business talks are equally important. Also, we can’t wait to meet sport enthusiasts like ourselves in Denver, and – time permitting – explore the nearby skiing areas.
