The Board of Directors and the management of SnowSports Industries America, Incorporated (“SIA”) cordially invite you to attend the Annual Meeting of the members of SIA. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 5:00 pm at the Colorado Convention Center, 700 14^th Street, Denver, CO, 80202 in Room 109.

At the meeting, SIA’s management will report on SIA’s business and financial operations during the current year and the projected plans and programs for the coming year. Premium Members will vote on the election of officers and directors and other matters raised at the meeting.
